can i get into med school if i have a BS in biotech?
or will it be more beneficial to apply after doing masters in biotech?

Med schools just require you to fulfill their prerequisite courses. If you’ve done them, you’re eligible to get in. Major doesn’t matter. Masters isn’t necessary (altho it helps you stand out).

A bachelors in Biological Science or the equivalent should be enough for admittance. And you’ll have alot more job options than if you had a pre-med degree and decided not to pursue a medical degree for whatever reason.
