Army Medical School(s)?

How many Army medical schools are there? Is admittance to them any more competitive than regular medical school? Is ROTC or prior military involvement required to be considered for admission? What are some of the advantages of going to such a school (Rank, Residency, Service afterwards, and payment for schooling)? If anyone could give me a website of one or all of them that would be great. Thanks.

There are no army medical schools. The army will send someone to an American medical school. So the army pays for the students schooling/housing. After completion the doc will have to ‘payback” his time, I think it used to be 5 years of active duty service for four years of medical school.
