I want to know what is the difference between a financial aid cover and the FAFSA form. If I am applying to unviversities that are very expensive (20,000+) what kind of package can I expect considering I am an independent and make very little annually?

As an independant student, you are elgible for aid minimum of $7,500 through a staddford loan.
I am not familiar with a financial aid cover.
FAFSA is the required federal, and state, form used to apply for financial aid. It uses a complicated formula to determine how much you are expected to pay against your tuition, housing, and books. In addition to regional aid, students (sometimes) qualify for Standford loans, pell grants, or work study. Individual levels of aid are determined by your circumstances and the individual schools. Applications to these programs are free and open to the public, so it takes some paperwork. Hope this helps.
