Well, many schools have career fairs…so i’m many graduationg seniors attend these career fairs, where they can be interviewed by companies, so thats one way. Another way is through ur internship. your internship usually is ur major, and u make contacts while doing ur internship, and they like u, and think ur good, they could offer u a job. Its all about making contacts.
