What is the only State Flag that can legally be flown at the same height as the U.S. flag and why.?

I know the answer just seeing how many people know it or at least looked it up.

I had to look this one up cuz I was pretty sure that all state flags could be flown at the same height. It appears that you are referencing a myth. My guess is that the answer you are looking for is Texas because of its status as a quasi-independent republic prior to joining the USA. You can check out this link for the correct answer which is that all state flags can be flown at the same height as the US flag.

Also the only rule really governing the two is that State flags cannot be flown to the right or above the US flag.

Texas? A sympathy allowance since it has the lowest “average” IQ in the country?

Or, because both have experienced the ineptitude and terminal dysfunction of the “decider”, and are thus “equal” in many respects, especially regarding the suffering of each’s populace? :))
