Fairly easy. Took under 10 minutes; though I could be off a character or two or, more likely, your cousin mis-typed a few characters to confuse you and to even-out the rows and columns. It essentially says, “Crazy girls tends to play with guys emotions for tneir own bcnefit except those trueely good girls like my baby” Don’t tell anyone, but I was a cryptographer for the Luftwaffe in 1943.
