If I wanted to acquire a degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) would I have to take a lot of math?

Yes not more than a math major but more than the average student. A BA in Computer Science is either in the science or Engineer department, these departments take more math classes. Just two math classes above Cal.

Yes, people usually good in math are good in computer Information systems. CIS is not just in database, User Interface. It involve a lot in Logic and Math.

I had to take a lot of math related class when I was in college. I am major in Computer Science.

Yes, that will require you to have good math skills now, and to be taking some fairly advanced level math once you enter university. In addition, most of your non-math classes will also involve math. So I don’t think it’s a good fit.
