I’m a college student and I need to find a way to make some extra cash?

I currently am waiting for a job opportunity at a really good job that is paying me good and working around my schedule. But it’s just taking a little while to start up, so I kind of need to get some cash becasue bills are coming. (Car, Insurance, Credit Cards, etc)

I don’t want to commit to another job fully, because this job is coming through and I don’t want someone to hire me and me leave very quickly, it really isn’t fair to them.

I need to know a kind of job that is quick (i don’t need lots of money, just SOMETHING) and that I could do.

I live in South Florida, in the Miami area.

thanks

I can’t tutor people either, I’m not that great to be helping out others, lol.

bookstores that sell college textbooks usually need seasonal help around this time (the start of school). try looking there?

My stepmother, who lives in South Florida, told me about a telemarketing job for Brighten Communications:

http://brightenemployment.com/employment.aspx

Her friend works for them from 4 to 40 hours per week. She decides the week prior if she wants to work. It’s 3 basic scripts – inquires about a service, no hard sell. If they say no, fine. If they say yes, she helps them make an appointment. It pays $15. I am thinking about applying myself once I set my school schedule. I know it’s telemarketing, but I just quit my full-time job and I need something that won’t conflict with school.

Other than that, you could try odds and ends like babysitting or yardwork.

Good luck. 🙂

Honestly, I knew a few college girls in Kentucky that stripped for a while and made a couple grand a week in tips alone. Not the best job for everyone though!!
