it is definitely not viagra, as that is not a round pill nor does it come in a 10mg size
there are quite a few that say 10, as 10 is probably “10mg”
look at the pill identifier in my sources for a search tool.

It’s a Valium. The 10 means 10 Mgs/ The 5 mgs are yellow. A Pharmacist can confirm.
FYI The Rolling Stones had a song about Valium called “Mother’s Little Helper” and refers to the 5 mg…”And though she’s not really ill, there’s a little yellow pill. She goes running for the shelter of her mother’s little helper…….”

I think that the number 10 refers to the number of milligrams of medication. You could consult a PDR (Physician’s Desk Reference) and look at the pictures of the drugs or ask a pharmacist. The fact that it was on the floor of your kitchen means that a family member or a guest must have dropped it – ask around.

If it is “coated” it probably isn’t valium. It might be morphine. You can look up pills on line. I can’t remember the site but if you type “pill identifier” into your web search you will find many sites that can help you.

start asking questions ,if you dont get the right answer,s then
get rid of the pill ,and on top of that you dont know how long it,s been on the floor so toss it any way.
