bit confused thanks for answering

However, I would advise e-bay that there may be a problem. Did you pay using PayPal? If so, you should be able to get your money back if you don’t receive the item.
How did you pay for the item by the way? If you used Paypal you can file a dispute to get a refund….but please ONLY do that if you are positive that the item won’t arrive and that you repeatedly get ignored by the seller.
Edited to respond to John:
I used to buy from China via eBay quite often, and not once did I get burned. The scammers are easy to spot when you know what you’re looking for, and that goes for wherever they come from.
i have waited 4 weeks before
file an item dispute .
click on the feedback icon far right of your won item . a drop down list appears. select item not recieved and enter the codes they ask for .
this will generate an email to the seller from ebay and may speed the process up . but it sounds like its been sent and that the mail is slow to me
1. Do not buy from China, mostly scams
2. If you do decide to buy from another country (or just in general) when looking at feedback, look closely. There are a lot of sellers with fake feedback left for themselves by alternate accounts.
3. Always pay with paypal. It’s the safest way and the few times I’ve had problems I’ve always got my money back.
