Suppose a principal of a school is only allowed to serve exactly two years and then must move to another school. What is the maximum number of principals that a school could have over a 20-year period?

The maximum number is unable to be calculated, since each principal may not serve for the full 2 year period. I suppose that you could stipulate that each principal would serve for at least 1 day, which would result in roughly 7305 principals (allowing for 5 leap years during that period).

Invalid question. The maximum term of a principal has no direct correlation to the maximum number of possible principals over a given period of time. It does have for the minimum, but not the maximum.
