Anyone of you knew Warren Buffet’s(world 2nd richest man) attitude?

There was a one hour interview on CNBC with Warren Buffet, the second richest man who has donated $31 billion (85% of his fortune) to charity.

Here are some very interesting aspects of his life:

1) He bought his first share at age 11 and he now regrets that he started too late!

2) He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.

3) He still lives in the same small 3 bedroom house in mid-town Omaha, that he bought after he got married 50 years ago. He says that he has everything he needs in that house. His house does not have a wall or a fence.

4) He drives his own car everywhere and does not have a driver or security people around him.

5) He never travels by private jet, although he owns the world’s largest private jet company.

6) His company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns 63 companies. He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year. He never holds meetings or calls them on a regular basis.

7) He has given his CEO’s only two rules.

· Rule number 1: Do not lose any of your shareholder’s money.

· Rule number 2: Do not forget rule number 1.

8) He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch television.

9) Bill Gates, the world’s richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates became a devotee of Warren Buffet.

10) Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone, nor has a computer on his desk.

11) His advice to young people: Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself.

He is said to be unpretentious and frugal. That means he lives simply and advises others to be cautious in the financial decisions they make. He does not interfere in the running of his companies. He believes in building an investment by adding value to it.

Warren Buffet became into the two deceptive human beings whilst he reported he will pay basically 17% in taxes vs. his secretary paying 30% or basically uninformed. He will pay 17% on his passive earnings. He forgot to let us know how plenty passive earnings his secretary has!! What a shady assertion. He would desire to feel embarrassment approximately himself. the different element i’d desire to make is now that he has won the sport he impulsively desires to alter the sport!! this is an concept for you. Mr. Buffet needs a upward push in taxes for the wealthy so as that it is going to likely be extra stable for everyone to surpass his place interior the historic previous of the U.S.!! i will’t think of of something. He does not believe the government yet needs each and every physique else to pay an untrustworthy government!! Contradiction is his assertion?!? it is INSANE… Wow! So shouldn’t we restoration the government to HIS liking and then tax the superwealthy on their passive earnings. Passive earnings i think is related to saving which I actual have heard Economists use to tell how wealthy a rustic has grow to be. Saving pass into investments that convey us issues like the internet (i’ve got not got self belief Gore invented it). finally, the so-referred to as (via you) radial impressive-wingers won’t hear to him because of the fact he do no longer make experience. He espouses to pay extra taxes yet does not b/c he do no longer believe the government so he might quite save them for himself. yet ever different extremely-wealthy guy or woman would desire to be compelled too. He does not voluntarily pay extra taxes… so he’s taughting a plan he does not help. I have been given to assist you to recognize, i’ve got not got self belief you prefer a “actual conservative ” became into working in view which you will desire to attend to the reality. it relies off your whacky remark.
