We analyzed the scores given to 32 students. Is there a significant difference between the scores?

We asked a group of teachers to score 32 students’ oral performances. Each student was scored by three teachers. Since the scorers were not fixed and we had three scores for each student, we used ANOVA-Repeated Measure to analyze the data. The result is F=2.178 and sig=.132 . We wonder if the difference is significant. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In educational statistics the generally accepted significance would be sig=.05 when defined in your hypothesis so with that said I would have to say that there was not a significant difference in the scores. If you would like more information I would suggest looking at some dissertations or thesis that are educationally based it would have a full description in the methodology section.

A Box and Whisker Test will give you the kids scores on average. 25% will be in the upper percentile, 25% will be in the lower percentile, and the majority will be at the 50 mark.

you will desire to discover the favored deviation (r) for each instructor’s rankings then discover the z-rankings (x-advise)/r and study them employing 5o% p.c. boxplots which might then coach any outliers and the median rankings and the middle 50% selection (IQR) of each and every set of rankings
