i saw people who give you an answer ..as if they were snowmen..

i also saw women who changes their faces in a good manner imediately when they spea to a man, and not to a woman ..

i saw women who alkways call a men”sir” and never call his name…

i saw women who was very serious talking to the men who wanted more..and didn’t let them touch them…

i saw men who respects the women who buys from their shops..and greets them..

but i saw many people wich were in a position of PR (which could be even a bodyguard)who were unable to be and spaek friendly to the people..they were like dogs..

having good comunications skills has to deal with reading the books..that are to be found in the faculties of literatures..where the brightest men of the history has shown how to behave..
