Imagine the entire education budget for a country the size of the US. Now imagine cutting that budget completely, how much would that reduce income tax for everyone? Now think of the knock-on effect that would have on the whole economy, resulting in cheaper living costs right across the board for everybody.

Would this mean that people could afford to spend their own money on their children’s education? It certainly bears thinking about. At the very least, it might make people stop and think about having children before they are financially stable enough.

Another point to bear in mind is that huge amounts of money from the education budget is waisted on fat-cat bureaucrats sitting in their lavish offices; and what do they do exactly? Apart from divert funds disguised as research projects for their pals here and their.

And one more point: schools can do their own fund-raising, which would easily cover another ‘bum in a seat’ of a class that’s already being conducted and paid for by others that can cover the fees.

Wow! Maybe I’ve been in education too long!

Though most of our public schools and the school system are a mess, privatizing education is a really bad plan. Education is a right, not a privelege in our country. Privatization would mean education only for those with access (money). We need to educate all our children and provide the possibility of higher education once they graduate high school or we’re going to end up with a country populated by illiterates, not a good plan. Most if not all other ‘first world’ countries provide quality education for all their citizens, it would be madness to deny ourselves and our children access to the best possible education.

Yes, in my own opinion. For privatization means competition which, in turn, means better performances of the educational staff.

In revenge, privatized education is more expensive and so it is socially selective at the expense of the less fortunate.

i’m going to accept as true with you a hundred%. i’m a sophomore (for each week extra) at a public severe college, or maybe nonetheless i’m in regularly progressed instructions, I nonetheless have faith i’m recieving a sub-par training. i had to circulate to Catholic college, or for that remember any inner maximum severe college, and that i grow to be unable to attain this. i’ve got faith the ideal thank you to make public training extra helpful may be to depart the federal government out of it. The Burocrats in Washington do not comprehend what’s ideal for my training. additionally, the government ought to enable my mothers and fathers to apply the tax money they pay for my share of public training to circulate in the direction of a private one, if that’s what they experience is ideal. in spite of the undeniable fact that, the Demon-ocrats have faith that My relatives, as an top middle class relatives ought to assist the “underprivledged”. it is rediculous.
