I need help transposing clarinet scales?

A Bb major scale for clarinets is a C major, right?

My music teacher gave the whole band class a list of scales that we need to practice and i need to transpose them but i’m not sure how, especially the last ones:

B major–> ?

G#/Ab minor–> ?

F#/Gb major–>?

D#/Eb minor–> ?

C#/Db major–> ?

A#/Bb minor–> ?

G#/Ab major–> ?

F minor–> ?

D#/Eb major–> ?

C minor–> ?

and another thing,

Bb major and G minor both have the same flats and sharps and everything (in Bb major and G minor i guess they both don’t have any, but..), right?

So are all majors and minors paired up, kind of, and when they’re paired up do they have the same key signatures?

:[

eh. i’m really confused.

B major–> C# Major or A# Minor = 7 sharps

G#/Ab minor–> Bb Minor or Db Major = 5 flats

F#/Gb major–> Ab Major or F minor = 4 flats

D#/Eb minor–> F minor or Ab Major = 4 flat

C#/Db major–> Eb Major or C minor = 3 flats

A#/Bb minor–> C minor or Eb Major = 3 flats

G#/Ab major–> Bb Major or G minor = 2 flats

F minor–> G minor or Bb major = 2 flats

D#/Eb major–> F Major or D minor = 1 flat

C minor–> D minor or F major = 1 flat

Don’t forget that your order of flats are Bb Eb Ab Db Gb Cb Fb and your order of sharps are F# C# G# D# A# E# B#

You are right, a Major and coresponding minor scale have the same Key Signature. A minor scale is just a major scale started from the sixth note.

A C Major scale is CDEFGABC The sixth is A so an A minor scale is the same a a C Major but it starts on A and ends on A making it ABCDEFGA.

I hope this helps.
