Depending on where you are willing to work, I would say there is a multitude of positions that will land you a job teaching students to read, especially those where English is a secondary language for them. Reading and writing should start long before children get in traditional schools, but for those who don’t, you have the knowledge.

That would depend on the commitment you have made to the school system. If none then go ahead and get special ed degree also. There is a need in both areas so you could be prepared in both area.

none. you can speak at a 5th grade level congrats. maybe an elementary teacher but i still think none or get a new job.
