I am a middle school teacher.I really want to start a safe house for our students.Does anyone know anything?
about safe houses for kids and teens?I want to do this so the kids have a plave to go when their parents arent gone and where their wont be drugs and alcahol.

quit teaching, start a non-profit.
There are after school programs, community centers, existing non-profits and counceling services for those in need.

Are you a middle school teacher in a country where English is NOT your first language? If not, then shame on you for not being able to spell. If you’re not really a middle school teacher, then just say so. As for your question, I think the best place to start would be with local organizations who work with troubled teens. They’d be able to tell you what resources are already available, what resources are most needed, and hopefully, what you can do to get your project started. Good luck.
