How long would it take a person to count to one million?

Depends On How Fast They Can Count, How Long They Take To Breathe. Think About It Logically… To Count 1 Number = 1 Second (Lets Say)… 1,000,000 = 1,000,000 Seconds.

There is a experiment going on right now where a guy in counting live on the internet.

They are predicting about 3 months of counting I believe. However, he spends a lot of time on breaks. So it definally is not acurate.
