when universities hire faculty, it is never based upon how “creative” a cv is.

what most junior faculty positions will require is a terminal degree (most commonly a ph.d.) and at least the potential for publications, if not publications themselves.

on top of that, teaching is usually a plus.

university jobs are very competitive and it is common to have 200+ applicants for a single position at the junior level. virtually all of the applicants will have a ph.d., pubs, and teaching experience.

it is the substance in the cv, not its creativity, that will gain a person the position.

good luck to you.

the guy taught, on the college’s request, a faith. faith does not mirror politics–it deals with info of the Bible. One does not get to vote on what one considers actual or incorrect–this is spelled out for you. in case you like an expert to instruct approximately Catholicism, you get a Catholic to take action. He replaced into coaching what he knew and how he knew it. of direction, he shouldn’t are turning out to be fired. If the student felt an animosity in the direction of Catholicism, he don’t have signed up for the class. The bigotry lies interior the student and not the instructor.
