Does this mean that a teacher likes you as a student?
Favorite Answer
We as teachers have been the target of abuse before, and what you do only reflects on your problems. We are dedicated to helping all of our students, even the ones with issues.
ultimately you are only affecting yourself with your defiance. She may or may not do the same next time. Don’t think you “got away” with anything. Your actions are a reflection of who you are.
Often teachers of younger kids know that they are going through stages, and they will eventually figure it all out. Hopefully you have apologized, it sounds like this teacher is willing to take chances with you. You really don’t see that often. Remember, you also acted as if nothing had happened. But it did, both of you know this, and only one of you looks immature.
good luck!
Side 1 Are you the student who constantly give every teacher trouble? If so maybe their to the point that they don’t care anymore. Teachers don’t get paid enough to put up with that much b.s. If you are in public school you are recieving a free education, teachers are here to guide you to be the best and become something in life. Teacher really do care but they are not going to care as much if you call them names and give them heck.
Side 2 How personable are they? Do other students have problems with the teacher? If so, perhaps talk with a school counselor and try to work on a way to make the year pleasant with the teacher or try to change teachers.
You can always take a fresh start again with the teacher. Sit down with them and tell them how you feel. Tell them if there is somthing going on at home or other issues you may be experiencing. You will feel a lot better. Trust me. good luck and hope you have a good year
Are you sure you weren’t written up? The teacher may have turned in the slip, but the office hasn’t done anything with it.
The teacher got busy with other students who want to learn and forgot to write the slip right then. Some schools have rules that slips have to be turned in that day and can’t be late. In that case, you got lucky.
If this is the first time you skipped, they may have decided to give you another chance. Personally I don’t think this is the case, because those students would not normally call a teacher names.
Telling the class that you’ll be written up shows them that you’re behavior is not okay, although failure to follow through isn’t a very good method.
This doesn’t mean that the teacher likes or dislikes you. How many students does the teacher have? Find better ways of getting attention.
1) He/she is giving you another chance because he/she sees that you have potential and doesn’t feel that punishment is going to help the situation….the purpose is to help you succeed and not to make your learning situation worse.
or
2) The teacher sees that he/she had some responsibility in the matter and is trying to lighten up the situation.
In either case…you are pretty lucky–you may want to apologize for the name calling and take the second chance you are being offered.
Good luck to you!
one is:
the teacher might be scared to do somethin openely so she may get badly repuated by takin revenge on u for sclodin like that……..so be careful and take care for the problems that may arise in due course….
second one is:
that person is a very good teacher and got into his/her senses when his/her anger lifted off….
and started thinkin for the reason and might have analysed the situation and acting normally
now what u can do is go to that person and say that u remorse a lot for wat u hav done and thank that person for not takin that to heart it will put u back in track
and will help u to get close to that person and get good grades….
