You need to apply to universities over there and get accepted. Once you are accepted, you can go to the consulate of Spain in Peru and start processing your student visa. Do some research on Spanish universities and inquire about application requirements for international students. if you are just peruvian need to get a visa, prove of income how you gonna pay college in spana n if you are us citizen you can just go there it depends if you are going from here or from peru but why to spain you can go to an univerity here or in peru honey ????
