(2-5)/(4+3)= -3/7

m=-3/7

y=mx + b

2=-3/7(4)+b

b=26/7

y= -3/7x + 26/7

eqn of a line is given by:

y-5=2-5/4-(-3)X(x-(-3)

y-5= -3/7 X(x+3)

7y-35= -3(x+3)

7y-35= -3x-9

7y+3x -35+9=0

7y+3x -26=0

m=y2-y1/x2-x1

=2-5/4+3

=-3/7

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-5=-3/7(x+3)

y-5= -3/7x-9/7

+5 +5

y=-3/7x+26/7

i think that’s right

y=mx+b so there you go

i would double check though. i gave you the equations to use, just plug it in or just check my work
