In both cases the stated events were in the past so you would use the past tense of obtain and finish: obtained, finished.
Obtaining and finishing imply that the events are not yet fact (still underway). A resume lists past and completed events/facts.

Finish ED for if it is completed, finish ING for if is still in the processing. Example: Finished high school, but still obtaining bachelor’s degree, will complete next May.
