Probably. Anyone can give you a “degree”. The question will be is the degree valid and will anyone recognize it.
There was a question a few days ago from someone who spent thousands for an online course. He thought it would qualify as a high school diploma since they accepted him without one. The school later went broke and all his training was worthless.

You will need to check the accreditation of the school to be sure that one of the 5 regional accreditating bodies is involved so that your credits will transfer.
