CFA from ICFAI is good course. It is having recognition in india .Recent supreme court judgement also in its favour .So it is excelent course regarding worldwide .ICAFI have tie up s with other universities .But i am not sure of its recognition.
I think still cfa from american charter having more recognition than icfai cfa (world wide) if we talk in india it s ok
Another thing recently supreme court of inidia barred CFA AMERICA to conduct tests in india .So if you want to pursue CFA AMERICA you have to go and write exams in another country like singapore or pakistan.No chance of writing in india

ICFAI doesn’t really have any value besides in India. Courts have continually issued injuctions against them for trademark violation and such, in regards to CFA Program.
If you live in India, though, you can’t take the CFA Program right now as there is an ongoing legal battle.
