Hello I am Hischool Graduate from the Philippines and I want earn my degree in UK although most Universities there require GCE A levels, GCSEs, IB Diploma, etc…I don’t have those kind of Certificates. Is there an alternative way i.e. an examination for me to achieve an equivalent of these certificates? I hope there is…

No not really. They would however look at your certificates from Secondary Education and judge them to be the equivalents of British awards. What you would need though is something on paper that proves you have an acceptable standard of English to complete the course.

England & Wales would be looking for GCSE A levels or equivalent. Scottish Universities typically expect about 4 or 5 Scottish Highers or equivalents.

Best thing to do is to contact the Universities and ask what they will accept. Most British Universities these days have a high proportion of foreign students, so you would really have little problem equating your certificates to what is expected. Depending on your intended year of entry, apply early for a place and see how it goes.

hmm…. a million) chem (clever and incredibly person-friendly to savour) 2) resourceful writing (thrilling! <3 english) 3) calc (incredibly clever, yet i'm particular i may well be undesirable at it... the present calc sort has an person-friendly of 50 two D:, or according to possibility ppl who've been given 90s in time-honored math are in easy words getting 80s/70s) 4) comp engineering (no longer plenty interest, plus it sort of feels no longer person-friendly. i'm taking laptop programming precise now and that may not person-friendly enuf because of the fact that is...)
