take away all the things from your room that you think might distract you from your studying and place it somewhere else. get your notes and previous tests and review them…that’s wat i do….

eat things while I’m studying. Stand up every now and then. Talk out loud to myself. As if I’m talking too someone. Or even singing an answer so I don’t forget.

I used to write the key points of the materials on index cards. That way, not only was I reinforcing as I wrote them down, but I also had handy cards to carry with me to look at in down time.
