What do the examiners look for when you take a behind the wheel test?
Favorite Answer
You failed because “I accidentally thought I had the right of way because these stupid monster trucks were blocking my view to see the stop signs. That was an automatic fail.” Learn from that, think back what was the road/junction like so you have an idea what to look for this time.
When I took my last test (yes I took more than two), I did not think of it as a test but a drive out with someone who I knew but not that well and we were going somewhere I had not been before, so the “friend” was giving the directions.
I repeat stay calm and do not drive aggressively and remember your highway code. Treat all the other drivers as idiots and expect them to do something stupid. Also forget the last test; you failed so what, you are not going to fail this test. This is the test that matters.
Hope that helps and good luck, you won’t need it you will pass.
turn on your turn signal About 100 ft before turn,
stop a car length away from the car infront of you,
dont drive to closely to the car in front of you,
when stopping @ an intersection stop before the white line and then slowly pull up if no one is crossing when making a turn,
keep your hands at 10 & 2 on the steering wheel,
if youre not sure if you have a right of way wait until the light is green,
@ 4 way stops, the car to the left of you has the right of way if they stopped first,
and at stop signs stop for at least 3 second(just count mississippis in ur head)
GOOD LUCK! Hope this helps
You are driving a weapon that kills thousands each year. Many accidents happen within 3 km (2 miles) of home when drivers think “Everything is ok now” and switch off.
Even when things are going fine, don’t relax your attention.
