SAT vs. ACT?
Hi!
I got a 32 on my ACT and a 1940 on my SAT (1280 on the 1600 scale). I really want to get into Northwestern or Georgetown (I have backups). Should I retake the ACT and try to get even higher? Or, should I retake the SAT and see if I can equate it? People have told me that the SAT is prefered, and people have told me it doesn’t matter.
Help!
Thanks!

Actually, you have to take SAT II Subject Tests, which are not similar to the SAT if you want to apply to Northwestern or Georgetown.
Northwestern requires your ACT score AND 2 SAT II Subject Tests. Or, you can just show them your SAT score, which isn’t that high.
I would say sign up for 2 SAT II ST’s ASAP
