The term IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, generally describes a score on a test that rates the subject’s cognitive ability as compared to the general population. IQ tests use a standardized scale with 100 as the median score. On most tests, a score between 90 and 110, or the median plus or minus 10, indicates average intelligence. A score above 130 indicates exceptional intelligence and a score below 70 may indicate mental retardation. Like their predecessors, modern tests do take in to account the age of a child when determining an IQ score. Children are graded relative to the population at their developmental level.
the last time i was tested my score was 160 and i am an adult.

Online IQ tests are not accurate at all. They are just for fun. Really they tend to score about 20 points too high. So I would think that a 107 is pretty low. Example: Ive taken online IQ tests for fun. I tend to score on those tests in the 165 range. However I have also taken real IQ tests and know my IQ is 143-145.
You see most people online claim to have an IQ of 14O or above. But really less than half of 1% of the population will score that high on a real IQ tests.
If you really want to know your true IQ, you are going to have to pay to have yourself tested.

Anything above 135 is considered above average. I believe you are eligible for Mensa when your IQ is 140 or above.
