if i applied to a college and they accepted me am i bound to that college?
I applied to a school as a back up plan and they have already accpeted me. so i just wanted to know

No. You can apply to as many colleges as you’d like, be accepted to many and choose one. It is, however, courteous to send them a letter thanking them for accepting you and informing them of your final decision.

no you aren’t required to attend. I got accepted into all of the colleges I applied for.

No, you get a certain amount of time to let them know. Its always good to have back ups so you are doing the right thing.
