A score of 114 is above average. It is a score better than about 80% of Americans. The average score is 100. Gifted is above 130.
But that is only true if you took a real IQ with a psychologist. Online IQ tests are not accurate at all! Some tests tend to overestimate your score while others tend to underestimate it. A lot of online testing sites are just trying to sell you something.

114 mean that you tested a little above high average.
that means that at the time you took the test you showed good above average intelligence, results may very on other test.
you should test high average or better on most test, which means you have, will, are going/been to college.
