It does stand for Family and Consumer Sciences. It’s also known as Home Economics. You just learn stuff like cooking and sewing, it’s not hard. I thought it was fun.

Family and Consumer Science sounds right. Even if that is not the class, it won’t be that hard. A school will not throw a freshmen into a difficult class right out of the gate. They will ease you into the more challenging classes. Relax…take a deep breath. Everything will be fine.

Why don’t you ask the teacher or your counselor what the class is? Each school calls classes something slightly different, and when they use an acronym for the name of the class, it could mean anything.
