Does the Princeton review help?

Some of my older friends have told me that the Princeton review does not help and some have told me that it does a little bit. I just wanted to get some opinions before i sign up for it because i dont really want to spend $1000 and get nothing out of the program. All answers are appreciated

It’s okay. I wouldn’t say that it helps you incredibly tor o a great extent. But it did help me, at least. They teach you some techniques, which I thought was helpful. And you take SAT practice test that they give you once in a while, so that helped too. It’s not that bad, but if you are disciplined then I would suggest self-studying over prep places. Plus, you should check what other options are there, are they other places near your area?

personally i fooled around and didnt really concentrate on the classes/tests/work. so i didnt get a great score. you can seriously get the PR manual guide for SAT and learn those techniques urself and do the 11 practice tests. you can find help on questions by going onto forums like www.mathhelpforums.com for math help. it was a waste of 1k for me.
