Does the high school know what clubs you were in and when you apply for a college they give you or the college what you have been in in high school?

on the application there is a section for you to list the extra curricular activities and clubs you were in…

high schools only send out all your grades and classes [transcripts]

You have to write them on the application. Your school will only send transcrips of which classes you took and the grades you got in them.
