Are your giving a speech about degenerative diseases in general, or are you going to be specific about a particular generative disease. Is the speech going to be informative, informal, formal, lecture or a teaching tool etc. This is important in how the PowerPoint is outlayed and presented.
A good way to start your PowerPoint is to follow these guidelines, by having a introduction, followed main part of the presentation and finishing off with a conclusion.
Give a brief description of the condition followed by the cause and characteristics/signs/symptoms of the disease.
History of the disease, who first recognised/described the disease.
If the disease is slow in onset or swift, this includes life span e.g. shortened life span.
Treatment or management of the disease.
Services or support services available to sufferer.
The impact on the sufferer and their family.
And anything else yo can think of.
I will sent you a copy of my Powerpoint presentation on Asperger’s Syndrome.
Good luck.
£600 per day and I will sculpt a real nice presentation 4u.
