I want to use a quote in an essay I’m writing, but I can’t remember the exact quote and didn’t catch the name of the speaker. I heard it on one of the comedy stations on iTunes, and the speaker was a woman. She said something like:

“because we are unsure of ourselves, we will hesitate to report a rape when we see it”

The comedian, I believe is Margaret Cho, and the quote says:
