what this mean?A great many people think they are thinking when they are merely rearranging thier predjudices?

I “think” it means that they are fooling themselves by trying to make it look like something else. The words that come to mind (u can look them up) are Rationalizing or Justifying. U can look these up on the Microsoft Word’s Thesaurus too if u can’t really get the meaning of these words.
