What is the origin of the phrase, “Socrate is mortal”?

The prototypical syllogism reads as such –

“All men are mortal.

Socrates is a man.

Therefore, Socrates is mortal.”

Does anyone know who originally wrote this? I thought it was from Aristotle’s “Organon”, but I couldn’t find it in there. I really need to find the original author.

All help is appreciated. Thank you
