What does this quote mean “It is good that we do not have to try to kill the sun or the moon or the stars.

(continued) it is enough to live on the sea and kill our true brothers”

Well, in my opinion, it means that it is useless and pointless to destroy the sun, moon, stars, what more to kill ur own brothers. It is something difficult to do and if we do it, we will lose more than what we gain.

The East- the direction where the sun rises from Juliet is the sun- if she is the sun, then this is about how his love for her is now ‘dawning’ upon him, (I guess that’s the perfect way to put it!) the way young passionate love totally overwhelms you and overtakes you in the very beginning. Remember, she’s like 14 years old and he’s like, idk, 16? because if Juliet is the sun, then she is ‘rising’, in to his life. “It” in It is the East means everything in Romeo’s perspective. He’s basically saying “The world is recently becoming a brighter place with you around, Juliet, winky face” That’s how I’ve always interpreted it. ps. I have a love/hate relationship with this quote I wrote it in a love letter backkk in 9th grade but the boy rejected me :[
