It means that you shouldnt find fault with someone else unless you are ready to hear the same criticisms about yourself.
Judging people is not a good idea because none of us is perfect. Therefore, if you throw a stone at me….(speak words that are very critical)………..then be ready for me to throw one back. (at you in your glass house.)
Usually, people who are overly critical of others, are doing so in an effort to take focus off of themselves, and are not receptive to hearing criticism about themselves.
