It sounds to me like he is interested in you, but there are some things about you that he doesn’t like, and maybe he will be able to learn to deal with them or overcome them later.
Never change who you are for someone else. Always be yourself, and if they don’t like you then it is their problem not yours. Don’t waste your time trying to make someone like you, because they either do or don’t.

It looks to me like “i don’t like u like u” may mean that he thinks you may like yourself a bit too much.
Who really cares what someone that can’t be bothered to spell out the word “you” thinks, anyway? Find someone that could beat a chimpanzee in a spelling bee.

It sounds to me as if he means that he doesn’t really like you. He’s saying that he doesn’t like you the way you are, but he might like you if you would change to be what he likes.
So basically he doesn’t like you. If I were you, I would ignore him.
