Don’t sit around doing nothing if you feel bad. It will just make it worse. Do something positive to get past grief.

Oh, I noticed you added me to your contacts 🙂 thanks!

Well, I think that this quote means that when something

bad happens, don’t sit around and mope, do something

about it and don’t let it ruin your life. Distract yourself from

the subject and don’t let it get in the way of everything.

Busy yourself with other activities, and you’ll no longer be,

um, greiving. Be optimistic.

Is that right? Is that what YOU think it means?

i think for me it means, if you sit around and have nothing to do but mourn in grief, you’ll feel bad. if you are occupied with stuff to do, you’ll forget it (at least for the time).
