Quotations??
Im trying to write a story refering to a girl in the third person… so when she thinks do i put quotations? ((ex: She lied in bed lost in thought. Tims leaving tommorow.)) Do i put tims leaving tommorow in quotations or can i leave it

Leave it out. Quotation marks indicate a quote of words spoken. If the words are thoughts then they were not spoken and therefore not a quote.

It depends on your writing style. Ive seen some authors put it in quotations, while other italicize it. I’ve also seen some books where they just leave it, so it’s pretty much whatever you think fits the best.
