i m not getting the propere way to say about me so i want to know about the main points to be said by me ,about myself.

Say what kind of volunteer work you did and why you are different from the everyone else and what you could contribute that no one else can.

You are the best person to know about yourself. Make a list of what you believe to be your most important and best points about yourself. Ask some friends or others such as your parents and the teachers who know you well what they think are your three best points. Combine the lists and pay special attention to those points that are repeated.
Memorize the list. Do not read from it.
There are many other hints about what you should say, how to act and dress for an interview. Post again if you need more information. You probably should emphasize different things when you apply for different jobs or schools. if you post be specific about the nature of the interview.

I would say that you want to show your ability to be valuable to the company as a team player and a person that can “fit” into the company model. That is essentially what an interview is about, is seeing if you are a person that people can work with on a personal level. The skillset is sold through the resume and somewhat in the interview, but the main focal point is how you work with other people and how you would interact with that companies environment.
