Ever heard the phrase “Posh you in the magic”?

My dad who is 66 got this saying from his pa but he has no idea where it came from. I asked my pa what it means and he really didn’t know. It’s said in the same context as “I’ll give you a knuckle sandwich” or something to that effect. Any history on this phrase will be greatly appreciated and more importantly rewarded with 10 whole points! Thanks folks!

I haven’t heard it, and there’s not even the slightest hint of anything like it in the search engines. I’ve tried “push you,” “bosh you,” “bash you,” and a number of other variations. There are zero results. I would have to guess that either the usage is extremely limited regionally or it’s gotten distorted over time.
