First thing to do is to study the material. If you can have someone make up little quizzes to give you. This way you will all ready have the time factor figures out. Get a good night’s sleep the night before, don’t stay up all night studying, you are not doing yourself any good. When you go in to take the test, sit down take a few deep breaths and when you get the exam, turn it over and read all the directions first. If you can only take one section just read the directions for that section. If you answer on another sheet of paper, put that paper right below each question that way you are not reading two questions at the same time. If you can keep one of your fingers on your none writing hand next to the number on the answer sheet. If you can’t think of the answer right away, skip and some back to it, if there is time. Just try and pace yourself. You don’t want to have only 15 minutes left and over half the test to do. Good Luck

Tips I’ve used & heard:
study well in advance. If you load all the studying on at one time you will feel overwhelmed, if you start memorizing everything weeks in advance doing it little by little you will feel much less stressed.
if you’ve studied well in advance, take the night before the test off. eat well & rest up. If you know the material by then you will still know it for the test. I’ve also read studies on how relaxing and not studying the night before the test [after studying in advance of course] actually can improve how you do.
hope that helped and good luck!
