You should use a typing program such as Mavis Beacon. That’s how i learned how to type. At first, it will seem like you will never learn how to type, but soon you will see that your fingers start to flow. I suggest saying each letter out loud as you type it. That will help you remember where the letters are.

Just keep practicing. That’s the only way you ever get better. I started working in a job last year and was a horrible typer. But my job requires it. Now I type faster than ever and with fewer mistakes. It feels great. Just keep typing. Try opening word and type along with the t.v. You won’t get every word you hear but you will get the practice you need. It’s even quite funny to read back what you wrote. Sometimes my sister and I would laugh until we cried, they were quite hilarious. Good Luck!

Ask your school district or teacher for a typing program, like Bernie’s Typing Travels. That really helped me in elementary school, and now I am a very fast and accurate typer. Good luck!

haha, trying using AIM (aol instant messeging) to talk to your friends. I know that helped me alot, because it was a lot of practice without being boring.
