Transferring from a community college?

I am planning on transferring from my community college after graduation…. what steps do I need to do? is it similar to applying as if i was coming out of high school(except I will be a junior)….

I would check with the college you’re interested in. They usually have a contact person who handles transfers. The guidance counselor at the community should have the necessary information. Or else check the target college’s website.

Yes, very similar. They will want a transcript. They may or may not want high school information. I transferred from community college after my freshman year, they didn’t care at all what I did in high school.

When you go to a community college you want to aim to really get a good GPA. This is going to determine a lot, of which college you can get accepted to.
